The September rally location will be at Effingham County Fairgrounds, Altamont, IL. Yes, the October rally will be there, too. The theme for the rally is Crazy Olympics: Not your Ordinary Olympics. There will be games for all ages, genders, and athletic levels. There will opportunities to “compete” and “cheer” for one and all.
