The annual Christmas party will be Sunday, December 7, 2008, 1:30 p. m., at the Holiday Inn in Mt. Vernon. The meal will be the Sunday buffet as it was last year. The cost is $16.00 per person. Make your check payable to Gordon White, P.O. Box 215, Carbondale, IL 62903-0215.

Please send your checks by November 26 in order to know how many plan to attend. We wish that everyone would be able to attend in order to share in the sprit of the season and have one more chance to visit this year. However, we know that some will have already gone south and others will have other commitments.
